Privacy policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

This policy explains what personal information bike911.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Bike911 is the rider practice of A.G. Assanti & Associates, P.C. (“the firm,” “we,” “us”), 9841 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 100, Irvine, California 92618. This policy is posted under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Business and Professions Code sections 22575–22579).

Using this site does not make us your lawyer

Visiting this site, calling, emailing, or submitting the intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm represents a client only after it agrees to do so. Please do not send confidential documents or information until the firm confirms that it represents you.

Information we collect

Information you choose to send. If you use the intake form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the date of the incident (optional), the type of matter, the facts you write, and your acknowledgment that the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers record standard technical information when pages are requested: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the page that linked you to ours, and the date and time. When you submit the intake form, our system also records your IP address in the notification email, and keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of it for up to one hour to limit spam and repeated submissions.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records through this site.

How we use it

  • To review your inquiry, check for conflicts of interest, decide whether the firm can help, and respond to you.
  • To send you an automatic confirmation that your form was received.
  • To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal and professional obligations, including record-keeping.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this site and our email, and only as needed for those services:

  • GoDaddy hosts this website and processes the intake form. Its servers keep standard server logs.
  • Google Workspace provides the firm’s email. Intake submissions are delivered by email to firm staff and stored in the firm’s Google Workspace accounts.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When a page loads, your browser sends Google your IP address and browser information so the fonts can be delivered.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or professional rules, or to protect the rights and safety of the firm, our clients, or others. This site does not use analytics or advertising services. If we add any, we will update this policy first.

This site links to other websites, such as the State Bar of California, Google Maps, and assantilaw.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels. Apart from the Google Fonts requests described above, we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site does not track visitors across websites, it does not change its behavior in response to that signal.

Reviewing or correcting your information

To review, correct, or ask us to delete personal information you submitted through this site, email intake@assantilaw.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or write to the address below. We may need to verify your identity, and we may need to keep some information to meet legal or professional obligations, such as conflict-of-interest records.

Security and retention

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to intake emails is limited to firm personnel. No method of sending information over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure, and email in particular is not a secure way to send sensitive material. We keep intake information only as long as needed to respond, maintain conflict-of-interest and business records, and meet legal and professional obligations. Spam-prevention records are deleted after about one hour. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can delete it. A parent or guardian may contact the firm about a minor’s injury matter.

California privacy rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies only to businesses that meet certain thresholds. The firm does not believe the CCPA currently applies to it. Even so, California residents may contact us at the email or address below with any question or request about their personal information, and we will respond as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also add a notice on the home page for a reasonable period.
